Ethical IT Recycling - FREE IT Recycling for Schools

We've joined forces with Ethical IT Recycling to provide a free computer recycling service to schools in mainland Britain.

Ethical IT Recycling's aim is for a 0% landfill policy when it comes to recycling computer hardware. So many recycling companies will just crush the hardware without improving the sustainability of this equipment. Ethical IT Recycling have been refurbishing computers, printers and related hardware for over six years. Wherever possible we will reburbish the hardware we collect, thus extending the usable life.

Ethical IT Recycling have been granted all the required permissions to carry WEEE related work:

Registered by the UK Environment Agency as licensed waste carriers. This allows them to collect WEEE.

Licensed by the UK Environment Agency to store WEEE at their premises in Blackburn.

Licensed by the UK Environment Agency to repair and refurbish WEEE at their premises in Blackburn.
